Bruce McGregor, General Manager, Central Otago
Bruce’s links to the industry began with live capture of deer in Fiordland. He has headed Deer Improvement since it’s launch and has a wealth of experience to offer farmers looking to lift the performance of their herds.
Hayden Hughes, Coastal Otago
Brought up on a Deer Farm near Te Anau, Hayden now represents Deer Improvement from his Dunedin base.
Sean O’Sullivan, Southland
Sean is an Instructor in Artificial Breeding and has years of experience running Livestock Improvement's Artificial Breeding Operations base in the South Island.
He works closely with veterinarian Mike Bringans in semen collection, processing and embryo transfer as well as handling sales in Southland.
Philip Irwin, North Island
Philip is well known in the industry after many years with Wrightson, 18 of which as National Velvet Manager.
Geoff Moore, Top of the South Island
Geoff has extensive experience in genetics and AI as a field rep for LIC and is now full-time applying this knowledge in the deer industry.
Gerald Johnston, South Canterbury
Gerald has farmed deer for many years and was one of our first clients. He was so impressed he joined the company.
